黑椒洋蔥煙肉蘑菇炒蛋
材料:
洋蔥 半個
煙肉 3 片
蘑菇 6 粒
蛋 3 隻
調味:
黑椒 1 ml
鹽 1 ml
Steps:
1. 洋蔥、煙肉、蘑菇切小粒
2. 打蛋
3. 燒熱油,中猛火炒香洋蔥
4. 下煙肉、蘑菇,加調味同炒,直至蘑菇軟身
5. 因蘑菇會出水,可加半茶匙生粉再炒勻
5. 最後加蛋快炒 (下蛋後5秒左右熄火)
