煎蟹餅

 Ingredients:

1. Crab meat 220g (Half-box from Costco)

2. Minced onion 50g

3. Minced carrot 50g

4. Minced fresh parsley 2 tablespoon

5. Egg 1pc

6. Flour: 2 tablespoons

7. panko: 1 tablespoon

8. salt 1/4 teaspoon

9. garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon

10. Blackpepper bit


1. Fry the onion and carrot first and set it aside to cool down

2.  Mix all the ingredients well (except flour and panko)

3. Add flour and panko to the mixture

4. Make the ball, then press to make the shape

5. Put in the fridge for 30 mins.

6. Pay fry 5 -6 mins
